1. Is ordering online the only way to get my products?
Of course not, you can still order over the phone at 1-800-321-1286 nationwide, or in Nebraska call 402-455-5233. One of our friendly staff will be glad to take your order and have it processed within 24 hours. Or you can mail a check to: 7031 North 16th Street, Omaha, NE 68112.
2. What Credit Cards can I use?
Currently only VISA and MASTERCARD are accepted at Biovetusa.com, Checks must be mailed in or you must call our 1-800 number.
3. I ordered your product, but it was lost/shorted/damaged in shipping, what do I do?
Please notify UPS or common carrier as soon as you get the package, we cannot accept it as a return, and Biovet does not assume any responsibility.
4. I love your products, but I still need to return them.
No problem, if you are not 100% satisfied then simply call us back for a RMA and we will accept it back. However, we do not pay for return shipping. We will also replace products as necessary.
